Chief Design Officer, Logitech
Alastair Curtis, Chief Design Officer of Logitech, held a session revolving around design. By incorporating design as a core capability in the organization and innovation process Logitech strives to make design a behaviour and a culture. People – employees and customers alike – are key to this innovation, involving everybody in the company to create a product, costumers will want to use. The present leaders of other organizations are encouraged to do the same. “Strive to make things beautiful to use” and people will use them.
