Ernst Roth is the Local Division Head of Robotics & Motion of ABB in Switzerland. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Neu-Technikum Buchs, Switzerland and an MBA from IMD Lausanne, Switzerland. Ernst Roth joined ABB in 1990 and held several management positions in Engineering, R&D, Service and General Management in Switzerland and China. Since 2015, he is heading the local Division Robotics & Motion in Switzerland which serves customers in the industrial, railway and infrastructure sectors. Ernst Roth is a member of the boards of High-Tech Zentrum Aargau since 2016 and Consenec AG since 2017.
